I loved really helpful and very helpful employees!
The location was good - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Close vicinity, just 15 minutes on foot to Shinjuku-Gyoemmae subway station, was a big plus. We booked a room with a comfortable bed, central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave oven.

My favorite property in Tokyo. Stunningly beautiful and absolutely great hotel right next to a metro station. The helpful staff all round. Variety of goodies for breakfast.

The hotel's location next to the underground metro was convenient for exploring the city. the room amenities, such as complimentary drinks and snacks, added to the pleasant stay. Additionally, the bath with bubbles and rainbow lights provided a relaxing experience.
The noise from the hallway due to hourly guests disrupted the expected peaceful atmosphere.
